WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?

We hope that you love all your purchases from Scoutie May. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Scoutie May, PO Box 1648, Prosper, TX 75078

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

ON AVERAGE IT TAKES US 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AND SHIP OUT YOUR ORDERS! WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING- WE ARE A ONE PERSON SHIPPING TEAM AND ARE WORKING HARD TO GET OUT YOUR ORDERS! PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS AT SHOPSCOUTIEMAY@GMAIL.COM

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

WE DO! ALTHOUGH WE DO CHARGE LIVE USPS RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUE TO IT'S HIGHER PRICE. WE KNOW IT CAN BE EXPENSIVE BUT ALSO LOVE THAT OUR INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS ARE WANTING SOME SCOUTIE MAY APPAREL. PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 MONTHS FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE TO ARRIVE AT THIS TIME.  ALSO, CUSTOM FEES MAY APPLY TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM IN YOUR COUNTRY- THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CUSTOM FEE! WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?

YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED! ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE EMAIL, PLEASE WAIT 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS IN ORDER FOR THE PACKAGE LOCATION TO UPDATE IF YOU DO NOT SEE IT RIGHT AWAY!

 

MY ORDER TRACKING HAS BEEN STUCK/MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

ONCE WE SHIP OUT YOUR ORDER, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO HELP WITH YOUR LOST PACKAGE! PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL USPS, FEDEX, ETC.  FOR MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR PACKAGES LOCATION.

 

WHAT IF I RECIEVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopscoutiemay@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
